Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is similarly situated as the other accused, namely, Arabinda Biswas @ Kalu who has already been granted bail in CRM(M)546 of 2026. Learned advocate for the State opposes the prayer for bail but is unable to refute the contention that the petitioner is not similarly situated as the other accused who has been released on bail. In view of the aforesaid, the present petitioner, namely, Arghyo Mullick @ Arghya Mallik be released on bail on same terms and conditions by the learned trial court as was imposed upon Arabinda Biswas @ Kalu in CRM(M)546 of 2026. 2 Thus, CRM(M) 2787 of 2025 is allowed. Memo of Evidence submitted by the State be kept with the record. All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
