SAIFAN KHAN Digitally signed by SAIFAN KHAN 2 Azharuddin Ansari v. Praveen Kumar Vastrakar and others), whereby due to inadvertence and typographical error in the total enhanced amount in the calculation table of Para No.06 amount “Rs.6,29,543/-” has wrongly been typed in place of “Rs.5,82,043/-”. Similarly, in Para-07 the words: “In view of the aforesaid analysis, the amount of compensation of Rs.4,46,483/- awarded by the Claims Tribunal is enhanced to Rs.6,29,543/-. Hence, after deducting the amount of Rs.4,46,483/-, the appellant is held entitled for an additional amount of Rs.1,83,060/-.” have wrongly been typed in place of “In view of the aforesaid analysis, the amount of compensation of Rs.4,46,483/- awarded by the Claims Tribunal is enhanced to Rs.5,82,043/-. Hence, after deducting the amount of Rs.4,46,483/-, the appellant is held entitled for an additional amount of Rs.1,35,560/-.” 2. Upon perusal of the record, this Court deem it appropriate to allow this MCC. Accordingly, the total enhanced amount in the calculation table of Para No.06 of order dated 22.04.2026, passed by this Court in MAC-1602-2019 (Mohd. Azharuddin Ansari v. Praveen Kumar Vastrakar and others), the amount “Rs.6,29,543/-” be substituted with the amount “Rs.5,82,043/-”. Similarly, in in Para-07 the words: “In view of the aforesaid analysis, the amount of compensation of Rs.4,46,483/- awarded by the Claims Tribunal is enhanced to Rs.6,29,543/-. Hence, after deducting the amount of Rs.4,46,483/-, the appellant is held entitled for an additional amount of Rs.1,83,060/-.” be substituted with the words: “In view of the aforesaid analysis, the amount of compensation of Rs.4,46,483/- awarded by the Claims 3 Tribunal is enhanced to Rs.5,82,043/-. Hence, after deducting the amount of Rs.4,46,483/-, the appellant is held entitled for an additional amount of Rs.1,35,560/-. It is ordered accordingly. 3.
