For the reasons stated in the application, same is allowed and delay of 100 days in preferring the appeal is condoned. Main case 1. The only ground for seeking enhancement in the compensation is that income of the deceased Shaheed has been taken by the learned Tribunal at Rs.10,500/- per month, whereas at the relevant time the minimum wages were Rs.10,532/-. 2. The minimum wages only provide guidelines to the Tribunal. In case on the basis of minimum wages, the Tribunal has taken into consideration Rs.10,500/- as the notional income of the deceased instead of Rs.15,532/- it does not mean that income has not been properly assessed. 3. This Court does not find any merit in the present appeal. Dismissed.
