Earlier applications was rejected on merits vide orders dated 06.02.2026 & 11.05.2026 passed in M.Cr.C Nos.1352/2026 & 4358/2026 respectively. 2. Brief facts of the case are that complainant Mukesh Vishwakarma, lodged a report alleging that on 26.10.2025, during the Goura-Gouri festival meeting held at night, at about 9:00 p.m., the present Applicant, along with the co- accused persons, started abusing those present in filthy language. When Ganga Ram Yadav objected to their conduct, he was allegedly assaulted with a sharp-edged weapon on his abdomen and back, causing multiple injuries. The injured was immediately shifted to the Chhattisgarh Institute of Medical Sciences (CIMS) for treatment. Accordingly, offences as mentioned above have been registered against the present Applicant. Hence, this application. 3. Learned Counsel for the Applicant submits that the Applicant is innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case. It is contended that some of the material prosecution 3 witnesses, including the memorandum witnesses, total 11 have already been examined before the learned trial Court and have not supported the prosecution case, having turned hostile. It is further submitted that the co-accused persons have already been granted bail by this Court vide orders dated 22.01.2026 passed in MCRC No.784/2026 and 04.02.2026 passed in MCRC No. 1103/2026. He further submits that Applicant has been in judicial custody since 27.10.2025, the investigation has been completed, the charge-sheet has been filed and the trial is likely to take considerable time for its conclusion, therefore, he may be enlarged on regular bail. 4. On the other hand, learned State Counsel opposes the bail application. 5. Considering the submissions advanced by learned Counsel for the parties, the nature and gravity of the allegations, the material available in the case diary, the fact that the present Applicants are alleged to have acted in furtherance of the common intention of the co-accused, the injuries sustained by the victim, earlier applications have already also been rejected and without further commenting anything on the merits of the case, this Court is not inclined to grant regular bail to the present Applicant. 4 6. Accordingly, the bail application of the Applicant – Vicky Thakur involved in Crime No.44/2025 registered at Police Station – Chakarbhata, District- Bilaspur (C.G.), for the offences under Sections 109, 296, 191(1) and 191(3) of BNS, 2023 as also under Sections 25 and 27 of Arms Act is hereby rejected. 7.
