1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned counsel for the respondents.
2. Petitioners by means of the present writ petition have prayed for the following reliefs:
"a. to issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the respondent no.1 to take final decision upon the petitioners' matter with regard to grant of relaxation of six months period for running the industrial unit without imposing penalty as has been extended in Govt. Order dated 07.08.2020 and 20.07.2022. b. to issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the respondent no.1 to grant relaxation to the petitioners who were allotted the industrial plots during Covid-19 period."
3. The present writ petition has been filed by the four petitioners, and all the petitioners have separate cause of action, therefore, one writ petition on behalf of four petitioners is not maintainable.
4. Accordingly, the present writ petition is dismissed with liberty to each of the petitioners to file separate writ petition.
