This Contempt case has been filed by the petitioner against non-compliance of order dated 13.01.2026 passed by this Court in W.P.(S) No.2655 of 2024. 3. It has been submitted by the parties that a decision has been taken by the opposite parties and a reasoned order to that effect has been passed, though against the petitioner. 4. Considering the aforesaid submission and the fact that mandamus in the aforesaid writ petition was only to take a decision, there is no deliberate violation of the order passed by the Writ Court. 5. Accordingly, this Contempt Proceeding is dropped. 6. However, the petitioner is at liberty to challenge the reasoned order, before the appropriate Forum.
