ORAL ORDER
The petitioner is before the Court seeking the following prayers:
"(a) Issue writ in the nature of mandamus to issue a direction to learned X chief Judicial Magistrate, Bangalore to conclude the trial in C.C.No.57426/2023 within period of three months insofar as petitioner concerned. The copy of entire order sheet is produced and marked as ANNEXURE ' C'.
(b) Issue any other writ, order or direction as this Hon'ble Court deems fit and proper under the facts and circumstances of this case in the interest of justice and equity."
2. Heard Ms. Likitha M., learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Smt. Rashmi Patel, learned High Court Government Pleader appearing for the respondent.
3. The petitioner is accused No.1, is alleged of the offence punishable under Sections 380 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860. The issue is pending before the concerned Court

since 2023 and the perusal of the order sheet appended to the petition would indicate that the proceedings have not proceeded forward at all.
4. The issue being of three years old, I deem it appropriate to infuse finality by directing the concerned Court to conclude the proceedings, within an outer limit of six months from the date of receipt of the copy of this order.
5. With the aforesaid observation, the petition stands
disposed.
