Having regard to the specific averment made in Para-6 of the supplementary show cause dated 29.07.2026 wherein it has been stated that revised pension order has been sanctioned in favour of the petitioner in upgraded pay scale and the same has been forwarded to the Indian Bank by the Treasury, Dhanbad through letter dated 09.06.2026; no contempt is made out.

Accordingly, the instant contempt application stands
disposed of with the liberty to the petitioner that if he will face any
2026:JHHC:28539 2 difficulty in the Bank, he shall be at liberty to revive this contempt application by giving prior legal notice to the concerned Bank, who is becoming hindrance in the compliance of the Court’s order.
