JUSTICE M.NAGAPRASANNA ORAL ORDER The petitioner is before this Court seeking the following prayer : " The petitioner abovenamed most humbly prays that this Hon'ble Court be pleased to quash the order passed on B final report in PCR No.470/2019 on the file of the learned IV Addl. Civil Judge (Jr.Dn) and JMFC, at Anekal, filed by the petitioner against the respondents for the offences punishable under Sections 468, 471, 120(B) r/w Sec. 34 of IPC, for the reasons stated above, in the interest of justice." 2. Heard Sri.Shashank T., learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, Smt.Rashmi Patel, learned HCGP appearing for respondent No.4, and have perused the material on record. 3. The petitioner is the complainant. A complaint came to be registered, which was on the face of it civil in nature, as the fulcrum of the complaint and the fulcrum of suit in O.S.No.343/2006 were verbatim similar. The police have conducted the investigation and filed a `B' report. On filing of the `B' report, the concerned Court issued notice to the present complainant, heard the complainant and accepted the `B' report and closed the proceedings in the year 2024. - 4 - HC-KAR NC: 2026:KHC:34143 CRL.P No. 7273 of 2024 4. This petition though filed in the year 2024, is coming up today in the year 2026. The reason for affirming the order of the concerned Court is not for delay in the matter appearing before the Court, but, the order of the concerned Court itself clearly holds that a matter which was purely civil in nature is projected to become a crime. Therefore, there was no warrant of interference with the `B' report so filed by the police before the concerned Court. Finding no merit in this petition, the petition stands rejected.
