Sl.17 07.07.2026 Court No.6 BP C.O. 2102 of 2026 Kaberi Sikder Nee Barai -versus- Nihar Sikder Mr. Prabir Majumder Mr. Snehansu Majumder Ms. Anindita Kundu ..for the petitioner This application under Article 227 of the Constitution of India is at the instance of the wife praying for a direction upon the learned Additional District Judge, 1st Court at Barasat, North 24 Parganas to dispose of the Matrimonial Execution Case No. 3 of 2021 expeditiously. After going through the order-sheets appended to this application this Court finds that 21st May, 2026 was fixed for hearing of the petition dated 11th July, 2023 filed by the decree holder for recovery of maintenance from the salary and the judgement debtor was directed to file salary slip and for hearing of the petition dated 2nd April, 2026 filed by the decree holder. In view of the order sought and proposed to be passed, there is no necessity to direct issuance of any notice upon the opposite party. However, the learned advocate on record of the petitioner shall be obliged to forward a copy of this application along with a server copy of this order to the opposite party forthwith. 2 In the light of the submissions made by the learned advocate for the petitioner, C.O. 2102 of 2026 stands disposed of by requesting the learned Additional District Judge, 1st Court at Barasat, North 24 Parganas to make an endeavour to dispose of the Matrimonial Execution Case No. 3 of 2021 as expeditiously as possible without granting any unnecessary adjournments to either of the parties. There shall be, however, no order as to costs. Urgent certified photocopy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties expeditiously on compliance of usual legal formalities.
