Learned advocate for the State submits that there has been recovery till date of 27.540 kgs. of ganja. On consideration of the subject matter of the case, I direct the learned trial court that, if further recoveries of contraband are not made in connection with the instant case, then in that case, after charge-sheet is submitted, the learned trial court would release the petitioner on bail on such terms and conditions as he deems fit and proper for ensuring his further appearance in course of the trial.
