Bala Subrahmanyam, learned Counsel appearing for the Writ Petitioners and Sri Somisetty Ganesh Babu, learned Standing Counsel for VUDA and MUDA. 2. Learned Counsel on both sides would submit that identical matters were disposed of by this Court. Since the Official Respondents have filed Suit for Cancellation of Sale Deed in W.P.No.21405 of 2014 dated 23.01.2025, the learned Single Judge of this Court had disposed of the Writ Petition by recording the submissions of the Official Respondents that Suit has been filed by the Official Respondent for cancellation of respective Sale Deed, vide Order dated 23.01.2025. 3. A similar Order has been passed by the learned Single Judge on 24.01.2026 in W.P.No.31953 of 2014 by recording the submission of the learned Counsel for the Official Respondent that Suit has been filed for cancellation of respective Sale Deed. 4. This Court has perused both the Orders (i.e., in W.P.No.21405 of 2014 & W.P.No.31953 of 2014). 5. Sri Somisetty Ganesh Babu, learned Standing Counsel for VUDA and MUDA, has received Written Instructions from Sri B. Dayanidhi, Estate Officer & Spl. Gr. Deputy Collector, VMRDA, Visakhapatnam, dated 04.02.2026, confirming the fact that the Suits have been filed for cancellation of the Sale Deeds involved in the present Writ Petitions also. As per the Written Instructions, a ‘Table’ is prepared for convenience sake. 6. Having noted the fact that the Official Respondents have filed Suits and that the same are pending as indicated above, the Writ Petitions are disposed of by setting aside the Impugned Proceedings vide R.C.No.11693/07/I-1/ANN.II/13 dated 05.07.2014 in W.P.No.26773 of 2014, Rc.No.11693/2007/I-1/Ann.I/9, dated 05.07.2014 in W.P.No.39411 of 2014 and Rc.No.23/2011/I-1/Ann.III/10, dated.14.08.2014 in W.P.No.31706 of 2014. However, cancellation of allotments shall be subject to the result in the respective Suits mentioned above, which are now pending before the II Additional Civil Judge (Junior Division), Visakhapatnam. 7. The concerned Civil Court shall decide the Civil Suits pending before it on its own merit without being influenced by the Order passed by this Court in the present Writ Petitions. 8.
