This Contempt case has been filed by the petitioner against non-compliance of order dated 13.01.2026 passed by this Court in W.P.(S) No.58 of 2026.

Learned counsel representing the petitioner submits that a reasoned order has been passed, however, the petitioner is

aggrieved by the same.

In view of the above submission, I am of the opinion that no contempt is made out.

Accordingly, this Contempt Proceeding is dropped.

However, the petitioner is at liberty to challenge the reasoned order, before the appropriate Forum.
