Mr. Gouranga Kumar Das, learned Additional Public Prosecutor along with Mr. Imran Siddiqui, learned advocate, appears on behalf of the State. Their appointment may be regularized by the concerned authorities. Petitioner is similarly situated as the other accused who has been granted bail in CRM(M)1656 of 2025. Learned advocate for the State has produced the case diary. I have taken into account the statement of the injured and his wife which was recorded by the learned Judicial Magistrate. Having considered the same, I am of the opinion that the present petitioner, namely, Rintu Mondal @ Rintu Marol @ Batul is similarly 2 situated as Rakibul Mondal @ Rakibul Islam who has been granted bail. Accordingly, the present petitioner, namely, Rintu Mondal @ Rintu Marol @ Batul be released on bail on same terms and conditions by the learned trial court as was imposed upon Rakibul Mondal @ Rakibul Islam in CRM(M)1656 of 2025. Thus, CRM(M) 2817 of 2025 is allowed. Memo of Evidence submitted by the State be kept with the record. All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
