ORAL ORDER
The petitioner is before the court seeking the following prayer:
" i) Call for records in CC No.27486/2022 on the file of II ACMM, Bangalore,
ii) Issue an order directing II ACMM, Bangalore, to dispose off the C.C.No.27486/2022, expeditiously,
iii) Grant such other further relief as may deem fit in the circumstances of the case."
2. The proceedings have been commenced against the petitioner 13 years ago. The matter is still languishing before the concerned Court, being adjourned on one pretext or the other. Therefore, I deem it appropriate to direct the concerned Court to dispose the subject proceedings within an outer limit of six months from the date of receipt of copy of the order, if not earlier, in accordance with law.
Ordered accordingly. Petition stands disposed.
