1. Affidavit-of-service filed on behalf of the petitioner is taken on record.
2. Learned advocate representing the petitioner submits that prayer is made in this writ petition for giving direction upon the concerned police authority to provide protection and allegations are made against respondent no.4.
3. According to the petitioner, acts and actions of the respondent no.4 are preventing petitioner from running his tea stall.
4. State respondents and respondent no.4 are represented by learned advocates.
5. During course of hearing, attention of this Court is brought to an order dated 1st August, 2019 passed by a coordinate Bench on a writ petition
being WPA 13925 of 2019 preferred by the petitioner.
6. In view of pendency of second appeal preferred by the petitioner in connection with civil proceeding it was held by the coordinate Bench that the dispute involved is civil in nature.
7. It is submitted on behalf of the parties today that second appeal preferred by the petitioner is still pending.
8. Since there is no alteration of situation which was considered by the coordinate Bench on 1st August, 2019 while disposing of writ petition being WPA 13925 of 2019 preferred by the petitioner, no further order is called for.
9. Writ petition stands dismissed.
