By way of this petition, the petitioner has prayed for following reliefs:- “10.1 That it is therefore, humbly prayed that this Hon'ble court may kindly be pleased to call for the entire record RAGHVENDRA JAT Digitally signed by RAGHVENDRA JAT 2 pertaining to the case of the petitioner for kind perusal of this Hon'ble court. 10.2 That, this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to issue a writ in the nature of mandamus or appropriate for pass an order/direction to the Respondents to decide the second appeal dated 23.04.2026 submitted respondents expeditiously. 10.3 That it is humbly prayed that this Hon'ble Court to issue any other or direction that your may kindly be pleased appropriate writ, order Lordships may deem fit and proper for doing conscionable justice to the petitioner in the facts and circumstance of the case.” 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner in person submits that the petitioner in person is not challenging any particular order but is seeking a direction from this Court to the respondents, to decide the Second Appeal dated 23.4.2026 within a time frame fixed by this Court. 3. Learned counsel for respondents submits that in view of the limited prayer made by the learned counsel for petitioner seeking direction to respondent-authorities to consider the Second Appeal dated 23.4.2026, he is having no objection to the limited prayer. 4. Having heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the material available on record. 5. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case instead of keeping this petition pending, I find it appropriate to dispose of the 3 same at this stage directing the concerned respondents to consider/decide the Second Appeal dated 23.4.2026 filed under Right to Information Act, 2005 in accordance with law/rules/regulations and in an objective manner as expeditiously as possible within a period of 30 days from the date of receipt of copy of this order. 6. It is made clear that this Court has not expressed anything on the merits of the case. 7. Mr. Shayam Sunder Lal Tekchandani, Advocate is directed to inform about this order to the concerned Chhattisgarh State Information Commission today itself. 8.
