This Writ Petition has been filed challenging the Award dated 09.09.2022, passed by learned Presiding Officer, Labour Court, Kashipur, District Udham Singh Nagar in Adjudication Case No.52 of 2015, “Shri Rahul Kumar Singh vs. Factory Manager, M/s Tata Motors Ltd., Pantnagar, District Udham Singh Nagar.

Heard Mr. Vinayak Pant, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr. M.C. Pant, learned counsel for the respondent no.2.

Petitioner – Rahul Kumar Singh and Hemant Kumar, Employees Relation Head of the respondent no.2, are present in-person before this Court.

2026:UHC:2592 submitted that the parties have settled their disputes amicably. They have filed “Consent Terms” (Annexure No.1 to the Application IA No.04 of 2026).

The parties submitted that the “Consent Terms” has been filed by them with their free will and without any pressure.

The parties have requested to decide the present writ petition on the terms and conditions, as mentioned in “Consent Terms” (Annexure No.1).

The present writ petition (WPMS No.1441 of 2023) is decided on the terms and conditions as mentioned in “Consent Terms” (Annexure No.1). The
“Consent Terms” (Annexure No.1) shall form part of this
order.
