By way of filing the instant criminal misc. petition, a prayer has been made by the accused-petitioner for quashing of the impugned FIR No.23/2022 registered with Police Station Harmada, District Jaipur (West) for the offences punishable under Sections 384 and Section 120B IPC. 2. At the outset, learned Public Prosecutor on the basis of the factual report dated 21.04.2026 so furnished by the SHO, Police Station Harmada, District Jaipur (West) apprised this Court that after thorough investigation from all the four corners, no case was found to be proved against the petitioner, hence, the Investigating Agency has submitted Final Report (Negative) in favour of the [2026:RJ-JP:17037] (2 of 2) [CRLMP-2390/2022] accused-petitioner on 16.09.2022 before the Court of Metropolitan Magistrate No.17, Chomu, Jaipur Metropolitan-II and the same has already been accepted by the concerned Court on 22.01.2024. Hence, under the changed circumstances, the instant criminal misc. petitions have been rendered infructuous. 3. Considering the above, the instant criminal misc. petition stand dismissed as having become infructuous. Stay application as well as all pending applications, if any, stand disposed of. 4.
