The learned counsel for the petitioner without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, seeks consideration of petitioner’s representation dated 19.01.2026 submitted to the respondent No.2 / Executive Officer, Sri Bhramaraba Mallikarjuna Swamyvarla Devasthanam, Srisailam, requesting to provide alternative accommodation or allotment of house plot / quarters at Kothapeta on par with similarly displaced persons. The petitioner further requested the respondent No.2 to grant reasonable time in view of his family member’s health and welfare. 4 4.
