JUSTICE M.NAGAPRASANNA ORAL ORDER The petitioner is before this Court seeking the following prayer: " i) Quash the entire proceeding in C.C.No.400/2019, for offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 504, 506, 427, 34 of IPC, which is pending on the file of the 46th Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate Court, at Bengaluru. ii) Pass any such orders as deems fit in the facts and circumstances of the case in the interest of justice." 2.
