The petitioner has filed the instant petition for following reliefs:- Digitally signed by RAVVA UTTEJ KUMAR RAJU 2 “10.1 Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to call for the record pertaining to the case of the petitioner. 10.2 Hon’ble Court may be kind and gracious enough to pass direction to the respondent authorities rectify the error in revenue case number and ensure proper maintenance and availability of records and direct the respondents to provide certified copies and complete record details to the petitioner within a stipulated time period. 10.3 Any other relief/relief’s which Hon’ble court may deem fit in the facts and circumstances of the instant case.” 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the present petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents to furnish to the petitioner certified copies and complete details of the relevant records within a stipulated period. He further submits that the Tahsildar, Durg, is the competent authority to supply the documents sought by the petitioner in the present petition. 3. Learned counsel for the State submits that, if the relief sought by the petitioner is limited to the aforesaid extent, the respondents have no objection to the grant of such relief. Accordingly, having regard to the limited nature of the prayer, the concerned Tahsildar may be directed to provide the petitioner with a certified copy of the order dated 12.03.2021 (Annexure P-1). 4. Learned counsel for the petitioner further submits that perhaps the certified copy could not be obtained as the Revenue Case No. was inadvertently mentioned incorrectly in the application. It is submitted that instead of Revenue Case No. 202012103000069/A/6(A) for the year 2020-21 (Annexure P-1), the correct Revenue Case No. is 3 202012103000060/A/6 for the year 2020-21, which the petitioner has verified from the status of the case. 5. Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the material available on record. 6. Having heard learned counsel for the parties and considering the submissions advanced by learned counsel for the petitioner, the petitioner is directed to file an appropriate application indicating the correct Revenue Case No. as well as the incorrect Revenue Case No. before the concerned authorities. Upon receipt of the said application, the concerned Tahsildar shall verify the same and furnish the petitioner with certified copy of the order and the relevant documents within a period of 30 days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 7.
