Case No. 106 of 2025 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 126(2), 115(2), 124(1), 103(1), 3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita. 3. As per F.I.R., all the named accused persons, including this petitioner, confined the husband of informant in the house of this petitioner, brutally assaulted him by means of bricks, stones, iron rods and poured boiling hot water on him due to which, the skin of this entire body got burnt and he died in the courtyard of this petitioner. 4.
