The petitioner is aggrieved by the transfer order dated 24.02.2026 (Annexure P-1), in terms whereof, he stands transferred form HPPWD B&R Division, Gohar to HPPWD B&R Division, Seraj at Janjehli. 2. As prayed for, the petition is disposed of with the direction that the petitioner may approach the Authority concerned for his adjustment by way of representation at some other station within a period of one week from today and the same be decided within a period of two weeks as from the date of receipt thereof. Till the representation of the petitioner is not decided he may not be forced to join at the station to which he stands transferred and he can avail the kind of leave due to him.
