Learned advocate representing the petitioner expresses dissatisfaction with regard to the steps taken by the concerned police authorities based on the complaint lodged. It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that appropriate steps are required to be taken by the concerned police authorities taking note of the alleged incident. 2. During course of hearing learned advocate representing the State respondents has filed a communication 11th June, 2026 of Inspector-in-Charge, Panskura Police Station being respondent no. 4 and same is taken on record. Copy of the said communication dated 11th June, 2026 is made over to the learned advocate representing the petitioner. It is disclosed in the communication dated 11th June, 2026 that there are complaint and counter complaint by the petitioner and private respondents giving rise to two parallel criminal prosecutions one is Panskura Police Station Case No. 2 347/2026 dated 13th May, 2026 and another is Panskura Police Station Case No. 346/2026 dated 13th May, 2026. 3. Case is made out in the writ petition that in spite of the order of the Civil Court to maintain status quo, private respondents did not comply with the same which prompted the petitioner to lodge complaint against the private respondents. 4. In view of initiation of aforesaid two parallel proceedings taking note of the complaints lodged by the petitioner and the private respondents, concerned police authorities are directed to take those prosecutions to logical conclusion by taking steps in accordance with law and file report before the jurisdictional magistrate at early date. 5. Petitioner shall be at liberty to approach the jurisdictional magistrate if occasion so arises. 6. Accordingly, the writ petition stands disposed of. 7. Urgent photostat certified copies of this order, if applied for, be made available to the parties upon compliance with the requisite formalities. (Saugata Bhattacharyya, J.)
