When the matter is taken up for hearing, Sri Peeta Raman, learned counsel for the petitioner, fairly submits that, subsequent to the filing of the contempt case, orders passed in W.P.No.32927 of 2017 have been complied with. 3. On the other hand, Sri V.Adinarayana, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Higher Education submitted that consequent to the interim direction in W.P.No.32927 of 2017 dated 25.10.2017, the 2nd respondent Authority in the contempt case passed speaking orders vide Rc.No.81/Ser.I/2021 dated 28.12.2021 and he also placed copy of said orders and same is made as part of the record. 4. In view of the above submission made by the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Higher Education, which was not disputed by the learned counsel for the petitioner. 5. The contempt case is closed.
