First Appeal 235/2012 is already disposed of vide Lok Adalat’s order dated 07.05.2022. Learned Counsel for the applicant submitted that in view of disposal of the appeal, the amount of compensation as awarded by the learned Tribunal, is lying in the Registry of this Court. The said amount be transferred to the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, Achalpur for disbursement to the original claimants in terms of award passed by the National Lok Adalat on 07.05.2022. (2) 919 caf 1814-2026 3. For the reasons stated in the application, the application is allowed. The amount deposited in this Court is hereby directed to be transferred to Motor Accident Claims Tribunal Achalpur, District Amravati, and further be disbursed to the claimants, along with accrued interest thereon, in terms of order of National Lok Adalat dated 07.05.2022. 4.
