Ms. Dengen, learned counsel for the applicants submits that though the applicants herein have filed the WP(C) no. 504/2025, as petitioner Nos. 21 & 22; yet, they are now not interested to pursue the said petition and also, they have accepted the compensation amount, awarded to them by the respondent authorities and as such, their names may be struck off from the array of WP(C) No. 504/2025. 4. Mr. Nabam, learned Additional Advocate General and Mr. Yadav, learned counsel for the opposite party Nos. 5 & 6 have no objection to the same. 5.
