Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that the alleged recovery in the present case is to the tune of 10,000 bottles of Phensedyl. There were earlier directions to expedite the process of trial. Learned advocate for the State submits that some witnesses have been examined, but the independent seizure list witnesses till date has not been examined. Learned Trial Court is directed to give priority to the examination of the independent seizure list witnesses. 2 Let the evidence of the seizure list witnesses be completed within a period of 3 months from the date of communication of this Order. Petitioner would renew his prayer for bail after the aforesaid time schedule is completed. At this stage, the prayer for bail of the petitioner in CRM (NDPS) 1473 of 2026 dismissed. All parties shall act in terms of server copy of the order downloaded from the official website of this Court.
