The private respondents in the present writ petition have approached the Tribunal by filing the aforesaid original application seeking cancellation of the selection process whereby the petitioners before this Court have been selected for the post of Pharmacist Grade-III. Mrs. Nag, learned Senior Advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that there is an interim order passed in the aforesaid original application which is operating harshly against the petitioners inasmuch as despite being selected for the aforesaid post their appointment remains stalled. Having heard learned counsel appearing for the respective parties and having considered the material on record, this writ petition is disposed of by requesting the Central Administrative Tribunal, Kolkata, Circuit Bench at Port Blair to dispose of OA 2 No. 1557 of 2024 along with connected MAs pending before it as expeditiously as possible and preferably within the period during which the Tribunal will be functional in the upcoming (next) Circuit sitting at Port Blair, without granting any unnecessary adjournment to either of the parties.
