The petitioner is an accused in connection with Govindpur P.S. Case No. 77 of 2025. It has been alleged that the petitioner and another accused were apprehended by the police and various stolen articles were recovered from their possession. Submission has been advanced by the learned counsel for the petitioner that from the possession of the petitioner, three mobiles, Rs. 1,000/- cash and a Silver Payal were recovered. It has been submitted that the petitioner is in custody since 18.11.2025. Learned counsel adds that one of the co-accused Sameer Khan has been granted bail in BA No. 1494 of 2026. Learned A.P.P. has opposed the prayer for bail of the petitioner. Regard being had to the fact that one of the co-accused Sameer Khan has been granted bail as noted above, the petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Jamshedpur in connection with Govindpur P.S.
