The petitioner has approached this Court praying for direction to the respondent-Chief Officer, Municipal Council, Dhamangaon Railway, District Amravati regarding her grievance about incomplete drainage line in front of her house in view of the onset of the rainy season. However, the aforesaid issue is already raised by the petitioner before the respondent-Municipal Council by submitting a representation on 17/09/2025 which is at record page 12, Annexure-A. 3. Shri Ingole, learned counsel submits that even after passage of sufficient time of more than nine months now, the aforesaid representation is neither acted upon nor has been decided by the respondent. Hence this writ petition. 4. For the reasons stated above, we dispose of the writ petition with a direction to the respondent-Chief Officer, Municipal Council, Dhamangaon Railway, District Amravati to decide the aforesaid representation dated 17/09/2025 submitted by the petitioner within a period of six weeks from the date of production of the order of this Court. The decision taken thereupon shall be communicated to the petitioner within a period of two weeks from the date of such decision. 5. No costs. (Raj D. Wakode, J.) (Anil S. Kilor, J.)
