PUBLIC PROSECUTOR The Court made the following: 3 THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE BALAJI MEDAMALLI CRIMINAL PETITION NO: 4496 OF 2026 ORDER:- The Criminal Petition, under Section 482 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 (for brevity ‘the BNSS’), has been filed by the petitioner/A-3 seeking anticipatory bail in connection with Crime No.141 of 2025 of Gurazala Town Police Station, Palnadu District, registered for the offences punishable under Section 109(1) read with 3(5) of BNS, 2023. 2. Heard Sri S. Ram Lakshman Reddy, learned counsel for the petitioner, and the learned Assistant Public Prosecutor representing the respondent/State. Perused the record. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that there are no specific allegations against the petitioner, who is arrayed as A-3, and the allegations are only against A-1 and A-2 and they were arrested and already released on bail. 4. Learned Assistant Public Prosecutor opposed the same and submitted that the police have completed the investigation and filed charge sheet on 08.04.2026 before the learned Judicial I Class Magistrate, Gurazala which is numbered with C.F.R.No.339 of 2026. 5. As the investigation is already completed and there are no specific allegations, this Court feels it appropriate to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner, who is arrayed as A-3. 4 6. Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is allowed with the following conditions: (a) The Petitioner/A-3 is directed to surrender before the Gurazala Town Police Station, Palnadu District, within a period of two (2) weeks from today and on such surrender, the Petitioner/accused shall be released on bail on furnishing a personal bond for a sum of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand Only) with two sureties for a like sum each to the satisfaction of the Station House Officer, Gurazala Town Police Station, Palnadu District. (b) The petitioner/A-3 shall appear before the Investigating Officer once in a week i.e., every Sunday between 10.00 AM and 01.00 PM for three (03) months or till filing of the charge sheet, whichever is earlier. (c) The petitioner/A-3 shall make herself available for Investigation/interrogation by a police officer as and when required. (d) The petitioner/A-3 shall not, directly or indirectly, make any inducement, threat or promise to any person acquainted with the facts of the case so as to dissuade him from disclosing such facts to the Court or to any police officer. He shall not tamper with the evidence or influence witnesses. (e) The petitioner/A-3 shall scrupulously comply with the above conditions and breach of any of them will be viewed seriously.
