1. The present petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of a writ in the nature of Habeas Corpus to direct official respondents to get the detenue namely Akansha Aggarwal (friend of the petitioner), released from the illegal custody of respondent Nos.6 and 7 (father and uncle of the detenue).
2. None has put in appearance on behalf of the petitioner on the last date of hearing. Same is the position today.
3. Learned State counsel, on instructions from SI Jarnail Singh, submits that the alleged detenue is now residing with the petitioner. 4 In view of the above, no further order is required to be passed in the present petition and the same is hereby disposed of.
