NARENDRA PRASAD ORAL ORDER This writ petition is filed by defendant Nos.1 to 3 under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, seeking a direction for early disposal of the suit in O.S. No.152/2021 pending on the file of the II Additional Civil Judge and JMFC, Magadi, Ramanagara District. 2. For the sake of convenience, the parties are referred to in accordance with their ranking before the trial Court. 3. Plaintiff Nos.1 and 2/respondent Nos.1 and 2 have instituted a suit in O.S. No.152/2021 seeking permanent injunction. Upon service of suit summons, the petitioners/defendant Nos.1 to 3 appeared through counsel and filed their written statement. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioners that the plaintiffs are dragging the proceedings for one reason or another. In view of the above, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this writ petition stands disposed of with a direction to the trial Court to dispose of the suit in O.S. No.152/2021 as expeditiously as possible and, in any event, not later than one year from the date of receipt of a certified copy of this order, provided there is no order of stay of further proceedings granted by any other competent court.
