JUSTICE PRABHAT KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 5 23-07-2026 Heard learned senior counsel for the petitioners, learned counsel for the informant and the State. 2. Petitioners apprehend arrest in Parnadabar P. S. Case No. 293 of 2025 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 115(2), 126(2), 118(1), 117(2), 109, 74, 3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita to which Section 103 BNS was added later on. 3. As per F.I.R., these petitioners along with other named accused persons assaulted informant and his family members by means of iron sabal, khanti, chappar, sticks, causing multiple injuries to them. During the incident, six persons sustained injuries and aunt of informant, namely, Baby Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.18361 of 2026(5) dt.23-07-2026 2/2 Devi succumbed to the injuries. 4.
