Chatterjee, Advocate For the State : A.P.P. --- Order No. 02 Dated 21st September, 2026 Heard the learned counsel appearing for the respective parties. The petitioner is an accused in connection with S.T. Case No. 151 of 2026 arising out of Panki P.S. Case No. 111 of 2025. The prayer for bail of the petitioner was earlier rejected in B.A. 693 of 2026.
