Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that pursuant to the advertisement dated 03.03.2019 issued for recruitment to the post of Assistant Teacher, the petitioners participated in the selection process and were also called for document verification. However, despite the availability of vacant posts, they have not been considered for appointment. He, therefore, prays for an appropriate direction to the respondents to consider the case of the petitioners against the vacant posts. 2. Learned State counsel submits that the issue involved in the present writ petition is no longer res integra and stands concluded by the judgment of this Court dated 20.02.2025 passed in WPS No.3474/2023 (Prem Lal Sahu v. State of Chhattisgarh & others) and other connected matters, wherein identical claims arising out of the same recruitment process have been rejected. 3. Heard learned counsel for the parties. 4. Since the issue involved in the present writ petition is squarely covered by the judgment dated 20.02.2025 passed by this Court in WPS No.3474/2023 and connected matters, this Court finds no reason to take a different view in the matter. 5.
