This petition has been filed for initiating proceedings under the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971, for alleged wilful disobedience of the decision dated 25.03.2025 (Annexure P-1) passed by a Division Bench of this Court in CWP-7792-2015 and a bunch of connected matters. 2. On an advance copy of the petition having been furnished, Mr. Naveen Bhardwaj, Addl. AG, Haryana, puts in appearance and has produced copy of the order dated 24.11.2025 passed by the Hon’ble Supreme Court of India in Special Leave Petition (C) No.24551 of 2025 and other connected SLPs. It is submitted that the Hon’ble Supreme Court is seized of the issue and has directed the private respondents therein, including the petitioners herein, not to pursue the contempt proceedings. 3. In the light of the above, the present petition is disposed of at this stage with liberty reserved to the petitioners to seek revival of the same, after the decision in the aforesaid SLPs, in case any grievance still remains.
