Issue an appropriate writ, order or direction, directing the Principal District and Sessions Judge, Mysore, to consider and adjudicate the Interlocutory Application filed under Section 439(1)(b) of the Code of Criminal Procedure in Crime No.3 of 2022 dated 24.07.2024 by the petitioner with necessary orders within a period of five (5) days in respect of the petitioner herein, which is produced as ANNEXURE-"A". b. Such other order/s or reliefs as this hon'ble court may deem fit, proper and necessary, in the ends of justice." 2. Heard Sri. Ajay Kadkol T., learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Smt. Rashmi Patel, learned High Court Government Pleader appearing for the respondent. 3. A crime comes to be registered in crime No.3/2022. The petitioner is enlarged on grant of bail. The petitioner files an application on 29.07.2024 seeking relaxation of the bail condition and the concerned Court for the last two years has - 3 - HC-KAR NC: 2026:KHC:33732 WP No. 29666 of 2025 repeatedly adjourned the matter without considering the application in which the petitioner seeks relaxation of bail conditions. The action of the Court in only adjourning the matter is appalling and is worthy of being taken as serious view of the matter. However, for now the direction is issued to the concerned Court to dispose the said application within two weeks from the date of receipt of the copy of the order, in accordance with law. 4.
