The petitioner is anticipating arrest in connection with Maynaguri Police Station Case No. 254 of 2026 dated 17.05.2026 under Sections 137(2)/140(3)/109/351(2) of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023. 3. The petitioner is the principal accused person. Though entire allegations against the petitioner have been categorically denied by the learned advocate appearing on behalf of him, in view of the materials produced by the defacto complainant suggesting social media exposure of the private and intimidate pictures between the two by the petitioner for the purpose of black 2 mailing the complainant and also on perusal of the materials in CD particularly the victim’s statement as well as the medical documents suggesting corroboration with the alleged offence , I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. 4.
