“10.1. That, the records pertaining to the revenue case of the petitioner, may be kindly called for the kind perusal of this Hon'ble Court. 10.2 That, the Hon'ble Court may kindly direct the respondent authority to decide and register the application of petitioner as per section 14 of the Securitisation and Reconstruction of Financial Assets and Enforcement of Security Interest Act of 2002, in the interest of justice. 10.3. That any other relief which this Hon'ble court may deem fit and just in the facts and circumstances of the case.”

At the outset, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that, upon instructions, he seeks permission to withdraw the present writ petition with liberty to approach the competent authority by filing a duly constituted application along with all relevant documents in support of the petitioner's claim. It is further prayed that, in the event such an application is preferred, the competent authority may be directed to consider and decide the same expeditiously, strictly in accordance with law. 4. Learned State counsel, on instructions, submits that he has no objection if the petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty. 5.
Considering the submission made by learned counsel for the petitioner, to which no objection has been raised by learned State counsel, the present writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioner to submit a duly constituted application before the competent authority, enclosing all relevant documents
3 and in the event such an application is submitted, the competent authority shall consider and decide the same by passing a reasoned and speaking order, strictly in accordance with law as early as possible. 6. It is made clear that this Court has not expressed any opinion on the merits of the case and all rights and contentions of the parties are left open to be urged before the competent authority. 7.
