Rajnandgaon in Hindu Marriage Act No.22-A/2022 whereby suit u/s 2 13(1-A)(1-B) of the Hindu Marriage Act filed by the appellant has been dismissed. 02. At the outset, learned counsel for the appellant would submit that presently, the appellant/husband and the respondent/wife are residing together and their dispute has been resolved. Hence, the appellant does not want to prosecute this appeal and seeks to withdraw the same. 03. In view of above, nothing remains to be adjudicated in this appeal.
