(b) Declare that the proceedings initiated by respondent No.1 under the provisions of the SARFAESI Act shall not affect or prejudice the petitioner's undivided right, title and interest in the Schedule 'A' and Schedule 'B' properties. (c) Grant such other writ, order or direction as this Hon'ble Court deems fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case, including costs of these proceedings.
