The petitioners are anticipating arrest in connection with Coochbehar Kotowali Police Station Case No. 542 of 2024 dated 05.06.2024 under Sections 341 / 324 / 129 / 326 / 307 / 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 25/27 of the Arms Act. 2. The petitioner is named in the F.I.R. 3. Mr. Subhasish Mishra, learned advocate for the petitioner submitted about the political rivalry between the parties and specific allegation being levelled only against two F.I.R. named accused persons. He has pleaded innocence of his client. 2 4. The submission as above does not inspire the confidence in view of the materials available in the case diary. Recovery of fire arms is apparent from the seizure list whereas the injury reports have suggested fair amount of injury having been inflicted upon the victim. Statement of the witnesses are also available to suggest joint action by the F.I.R. named accused persons in commission of the offence as alleged. 5.
