The petitioner has filed this petition seeking the following relief(s):- “10.1. That, this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to direct the concerned respondent to grant unpaid salary of petitioner, for which he is legally entitled. Digitally signed by NADIM MOHLE 2 10.2. That, this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to direct the concerned respondent to grant 12% interest of the said payment till the realization of the amount of the petitioner. 10.3. That, the Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to grant any other relief, as it may deems fit and appropriate.” 2. It appears that the petitioner, who was working on the post of Computer Operator, was removed from service on 23.04.2015. The petitioner raised a dispute under Section 55(2) of the Chhattisgarh Cooperative Societies Act, 1960, and sought relief of reinstatement, challenged the order of termination, and also claimed salary for 47 months. The Deputy Registrar, Cooperative Societies, vide order dated 05.11.2020, quashed the order of termination, but failed to consider claim with regard to the salary for 47 months. The petitioner in this petition has claimed salary for 47 months with interest at 12% per annum. 3. Perusal of the impugned order would show that it is appealable under Section 78 of the Chhattisgarh Cooperative Societies Act, 1960, therefore, in my opinion, the present petition is not maintainable.
