Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he is 19 years old student. No amount of contraband was found from the possession of the petitioner. He was working in a train from where the contraband articles were seized. The contraband was found in Coach B-4 and he was working in Coach B-2. 3. The other co-accused are also the employees of the train. The petitioner has been wrongly framed. There is absolutely no nexus of the petitioner with the offence that has been committed. 4. The petitioner is nowhere related with the crime as will be evident from the police report of the Investigating Officer dated 26th September, 2025. 5. Prayer has been made to grant bail to the petitioner. 6. The aforesaid prayer of the petitioner is strongly opposed by the learned counsel representing the State. 2 7. It has been submitted that the petitioner was in conscious possession of the contraband. All statutory formalities have been complied with. 8. Upon hearing the submission made on behalf of both the parties and in view of the fact that commercial quantity of contraband was recovered from the joint possession of all the co-accused, accordingly, the Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. 9. The prayer for bail of the petitioner is rejected. 10. The learned Trial Court is directed to take up the trial and try to conclude the same as expeditiously as possible. 11.
