Instant writ petition is filed by the petitioner for a direction to opposite party No.1 to ensure early hearing and disposal of the appeal filed within a stipulated period. 4. Recorded the submissions of learned counsel for the respective parties. 5. Notices vis-à-vis opposite party Nos.2 and 3 are not necessary and hence, the same stand dispensed with. 6. Considering the limited grievance of the petitioner, this Court is inclined to direct opposite party No.1 to dispose of the appeal in S.A. No.3981 of 2024 at the earliest and within the stipulated period fixed. 7. Accordingly, it is ordered. 8. In the result, the writ petition stands disposed of with the direction to opposite party No.1 to ensure immediate hearing of the appeal in S.A.
