No. 378 of 2025 arising out of Ichak P.S. Case No. 136 of 2024 registered for the offence under Section 126(2), 115(2),117(2), 352, 351(2), 79, 74, 3(5) of the BNS, 2023 and Section 3(1)(s) of the SC/ST Act where the prayer for anticipatory bail of the appellants has been rejected. 2. Learned counsel for the State has submitted that the investigation is complete and cognizance has also been taken by the learned Trial Court. 3. In that view of the matter, learned counsel for the appellants seeks permission to withdraw the present appeal for appearance in the pending proceeding before the learned Trial Court. 4.
