It is an admitted position on record that the petitioner had been serving at Nurpur ever since 2017. His stay at Nurpur had been more than nine years. Present petitioner has not served any hard/tribal area till date. His first appointment on contract basis was also at Nurpur. Impugned order also records that the petitioner was the longest stayee at Nurpur. In the given facts and circumstances, no interference with the impugned order is called for. This writ petition, therefore, fails and is accordingly dismissed. Pending miscellaneous application(s), if any, also stand disposed of.
